Looking for some flexible options for your teens this summer?

Stay active and improve your overall fitness with our Teens Summer program at FitHAUS! Great for athletes in the off season! Improve your strength and conditioning with our Teens CrossFit classes. Work on specific drills and explosive movements in our Speed and Agility classes. Or work improving body awareness, building strength, and improving mobility with our weekly teens yoga class.

With 5 classes geared specifically for teens each week, come to as many as your schedule allows, or pick and choose the areas you wish to improve!

Summer Teen membership options include: Monthly Unlimited or a 10 session punch card that can be renewed at any time!
