ADULT CLASSES:

HAUSFit Classes

HausFit - HAUSFit class follows the methodology of a traditional CrossFit Class. All coaches leading HAUSFit are CrossFit certified coaches. Our HAUSFit workouts produce real, measurable results using constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

In following the HausFit Programming, the goal is to develop full body strength, and cardiovascular conditioning. For strength, you’ll work on Progressive Overload with lifts like bench press, deadlift, front squat back squat and shoulder to overhead. You’ll also learn and perfect olympic lifts like the Power Clean, Jerk and Snatch, as well as work on low to high level Gymnastics Skills (ie. bodyweight movement).

Our Programming is scalable to any level athlete, whether you are a seasoned CrossFit athlete, or an older adult looking to improve strength with functional movements.

For athletes new to this style of training, we’d highly recommend completing our FitHAUS Foundations program. See below for class description.

FitHAUS Foundations

FitHAUS Foundations - New to FitHAUS? Start with our Foundations Class! Foundations consists of three 1:1 sessions that will education you on functional fitness and prepare you to move well in any class at FitHAUS.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength + Conditioning - This class is great for anyone looking to use functional movements to get fit. Strength + Conditioning is a 60 minute, well rounded workout that increases strength ,while improving cardiovascular fitness.  You will use dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells in this class, but you’ll see less olympic lifting and high level gymnastic skills than in our HausFit classes.  Our Foundations program is not required for our Strength & Conditioning classes, but encouraged!

Sweat

Sweat - This class is a great mash up of conditioning and strength work all in one class. This class is cardio & core intensive, combining lighter weights, & higher reps, while still using functional movements. You’ll typically be moving for 35-40 minutes and you’ll certainly get your sweat on!

Functional Range Conditioning

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) –  A class to promote joint health and longevity, connective tissue development, and help with injury prevention. FitHAUS Barre

Barre Express (45 minutes class) -  A strengthening class that focuses on small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition to target both large muscles and small supportive muscles.  We’ll use light weights, resistance bands, pilates balls, and yoga blocks.

Barre + Deep Stretch (60 minute class) - This class focuses on the same strengthening techniques of our traditional barre class - think small, controlled, and isometric work - plus 15 minutes of deep stretch, longer stretch holds as well as active stretches

FitHAUS Yoga

All Levels Yoga (60 minute class) or Express (45 minutes class) –  A blend of our beginner yoga series and intermediate classes.  This is a combination of Power (longer holds) with Vinyasa (flowing, continuous movement). This class will offer smooth transitions out of postures, focus on breath, and include a complete stretching sequence.

Suitable for a beginner who has a consistent practice and for the seasoned practitioner.
