    -A comprehensive exploration of road blocks to identify what’s getting in your way and develop a game plan to work through it.

    -A deep-dive into factors that affect your whole-body wellness (think stress, fitness, sleep quality, energy levels, food sensitivities, mindset, relationship with food, etc…).

  • Group Nutrition (Next Session Kicks off Jan. 2025)

    Group Nutrition offers a 12-week program for people looking to get the heck off of the “quick-fix,” yo-yo diet roller coaster that’s only ever left them back at square one (or square -3!).

    If you want direction navigating the world of nutrition and weight loss with the added benefit of group support and accountability, this program could be right up your alley. We’ll cover the “what and how much to eat” part of nutrition without skimping on the other aspects of weight loss that other group programs are too afraid to tackle, like:

    -Why you work out so hard, make healthy food choices and yet are still aren’t losing weight.

    -Why you can eat well all day but as soon as you come home it’s game over, and you’re in front of the TV yet again with an empty tub of ice cream or bag of chips.

    -How you eat pretty healthy on your own but as soon as you are out with your friends it becomes a billion times harder to “be good.”

    -Why everyone else seems to be able to stick to a diet so easily and yet the very idea of restriction is like nails on a chalkboard to you.

    Let’s take your nutrition & weight loss journey from stressful and confusing to clear, intuitive next steps!

    You can expect:

    -A refreshing approach that focuses on upgrading your life by increasing nourishment vs. cutting out certain foods. (Addition over restriction!)

    -Each week you’ll be able to join live or catch the recordings for our coaching calls. These calls will be a blend of education, covering topics like meal planning, weekend adherence, and emotional eating (just to name a few!), as well as an open Q&A where you’ll have the opportunity to get your individual questions answered. You are going to have some HUGE ah-ha moments here and realize that you are NOT alone!

  • Just Give Me My Macros!

    For the person who knows their goals and just needs their numbers. You’ll discuss current state, goal state & desired pace of progress with your coach. From there, you’ll be off and running with a macro-based game plan that your coach will adjust for you throughout your journey to keep you moving towards your goals.

  • Self-Paced eCourse

    For the person who’d love to make some changes with nutrition but is not so sure they have the time to commit to a traditional nutrition course. Let’s face it, life is busy! We’ve got you!

    This is a Self-Paced Nutrition eCourse designed to get you the education, tools, and resources you need to make changes, while also allowing you the flexibility to learn the information on your own time.

Jess is a Precision Nutrition certified coach and a long-time food nerd. Her interest in food began as a child, learning from her dad who is a chef-instructor, but nutrition became a true passion when she joined CrossFit and started learning about food’s impact on the body.

Jess is a big believer in food as fuel and medicine, and that what we choose to eat affects how we are able to show up in the world.

She is passionate about helping her clients develop their own "spidey sense" when it comes to fueling their bodies, empowering them to sustain a healthy lifestyle long-term.

Jess looks at each person's unique set of habits, tolerances and struggles when building out a plan to help them nail their goals.
