Join us for a Sauna + Cold Plunge Pop Up at FitHAUS! We’ve rented the Gear West Mobile Sauna and would love to treat you this Saturday, September 23rd 7:45-11am. We’ve got all of our favorite classes on the schedule Saturday as well, so stop in, take a class and stay for a Sauna + Cold Plunge.
