Power Yoga 5 Week Series

You asked and it’s back! Join Janis Volk for a 5 week, 60 min Power Yoga class on Wednesday evenings. Think of this as a great mid week stretch and recovery class.

This class will be a combination of a Power class (longer holds) and Vinyasa flowing (continuous movement). This class will have smooth transitions out of postures, focus on breath, and include a complete stretching sequence. 

Register in WODIFY. All FitHAUS members have access to this class.

**NOTE - There will be no class on Wednesday April 13th as we will be holding Spring Equinox Yoga at 6:30pm.
