Pelvic Floor Workshop

Join us for an empowering and informative Pelvic Floor Workshop tailored just for you. Whether you're newly postpartum, years into motherhood, beginner of crossfit, or a seasoned veteran, this workshop is designed to help you understand the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic floor and we’ll learn ways to strengthen your pelvic floor in a supportive and active environment. We will discuss exercises that give women the most trouble and common culprits (double unders or thrusters, anyone?) and we'll learn why kegels might not be the solution. Show up ready to move!

Dr. Kristen of Kos Physiotherapy and Wellness is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist, with over 9 years of experience in teaching group fitness. She is on a mission to normalize pelvic health, and help women crush their workouts confidently.
