Murph 2025! Save the date(s)!

This year we are offering Murph during our Saturday Partner WOD at FitHAUS, as well as at the 12th Annual Memorial Day Challenge at Viking Lakes.

As you all know, Murph is much less about the workout and much more about supporting and honoring our fallen Veterans. With both options we will be supporting United Heroes League.
