Friday Night Lights

Every Friday night of the Open (2/17, 2/24, 3/4) we do the workout together at 6:30pm. Anyone who is up for a fun workout should join us! We'll warm up together and run heats of the workout after that! Come cheer on your gym mates, get that extra motivation you need to push yourself and see what you can do! We will pair you up with a judge, you can bring your own, or you can opt to do it for fun with no judge. Each Friday Night Lights is themed to add to the fun. Spectators welcome and beverages provided!

• March 3rd: Red White and Blue
