Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

  • Grades 6+ (Fall of 2023)

    Train 3x per week:

    MONDAY & WEDNESDAY

    3pm - 4pm

    - First half of class: Strength & Agility Focus

    - Second half of class: Conditioning - varying lengths & intensity

    FRIDAY

    11am - Noon

    - Endurance Focus (longer aerobic training: running, rowing, biking, etc)

  • Grades 3 - 5 (Fall of 2023)

    Train 2x per week:

    TUESDAY & THURSDAY

    2:15pm - 3pm

    - Focus on fun (games!)

    - Bodyweight exercises, or light weights

    - Learn new movement patterns correctly (i.e. how to squat, barbell movements (with PVC pipe or light barbell), pull-ups, push-ups, running, sled pushes, etc)

Two 4-week Sessions Available:

Session 1: June 19th - July 21st (no classes week of 7/3)

Session 2: July 31st - August 25th
