Get Jak’d Q & A Meeting 1

Are you looking to get lean and mean for summer? Maybe you’ve got a competition that you want to feel your strongest for, or maybe you just want to be the best version of yourself for swimsuit season. We’ve got a 12 week nutrition program session starting just after spring break that will have you ready for summer and coach Jess is ‘Jak’d’ (get it?) to get you there! It’s customized nutrition coaching with the added benefit of a group support!

Here’s what you can look forward to:

-Live Information + Q & A Sessions (get details, ask questions, find out if it’s for you)

  • Saturday March 12th at 9:30am at FitHAUS - Sign up in Wodify

  • Wednesday March 16th at 6:30pm at FitHAUS - Sign up in Wodify

-A custom macro-based nutrition plan built for you by your coach.

-Accountability to keep you fired up during your journey.

-Weekly check-ins and anytime access to your coach for questions along the way.

-Personalized adjustments to your plan as needed to keep you moving toward your goals.

- Food prep guide and shopping list.

- Guidance through clear, measurable progress tracking.

- Recipe, tips, motivation, and support via access to a private Facebook group.

-3 in-person group Q & A sessions throughout the 12 week program.
