Dean Buckner
CrossFit Coach
Dean was born in Toronto, Ontraio, Canada and has lived in many places all over Canada and the United States. He grea up playing hockey, baseball, tennis, and has a love of the outdoors. He moved to MN in 2015 with his two daughters. Living in Cincinnati, OH, in 2014 he joined a local CrossFit gym and has been active in the CrossFit community every since.
Dean obtained his CF Level 1 in 2022 and also coaches and volunteers with the Phoenix organization (www.thephoenix.org). Dean works for MATTER (www.matter.ngo), a local non-profit in St. Louis Park that helps people launch projects that improve communities all over the world. FitHAUS has partnered with Dean to help outfit a gym in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe!
